Banquet- Planning & Logistics Chair: Brooke Buchert

The Banquet-Planning & Logistics chair is responsible for the planning of both the Spring and Fall Banquets. They are also responsible for presenting an award to the sister who contributed the most to the chapter, this award must be voted on by all sisters. They also in charge of Sweetheart nominations, also voted on by the chapter.  Focuses on the planning and logistics of each banquet.

Banquet-Entertainment Chair: Becca Thompson

The Banquet-Entertainment chair is responsible for the planning of both the Spring and Fall Banquets. They also in charge of Sweetheart nominations, also voted on by the chapter.  Focuses on the entrainment aspect of each banquet.

Historian Chair: Gabby Roberts

​Historian chair is responsible for collecting different materials from various events that the chapter has involved itself in and compile it into a scrapbook complete with pictures, memorabilia, stories, and memories. They shall plan a Founder's Day celebration with the alumnae chapter for the chapter around November 26.

Fashion Chair: Kristin Prasnicki

​The Fashion chair is responsible for designing or setting up and ordering anything that sorority has decided to purchase. This includes apparel, glassware, gifts, awards, and jewelry.

Networking Chair: Lauren Buechel

​The networking chair is responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with each sister's parents or guardians. They are also responsible for organizing events throughout the year for parents and their daughters. Furthermore, they also are responsible for keeping in
close contact with alumnae and sending
out a newsletter at a minimum of three
times per year. And they are responsible for
making arrangements when alumnae visit the chapter.
They shall plan a local founder's day celebration
for the​ chapter and alumni around January 31.

Philanthropy Chair: Sophia Schroepfer

​The Philanthropy Chair is responsible for planning and supervising philanthropic events. This committee unites the chapter with the campus and the community. This committee is also responsible for at least one philanthropic event per school year.

Public Relations Chair: Lillie Armstrong

​The Public Relations Chair is responsible for implementing and monitoring the chapter's relation efforts. This includes both internal and external relations, such as relations with in the chapter, Greek life, the university, the community, Headquarters, and the Sphinx. Public relations must work very closely with all committees as far as notification, accommodations, and other requests. The Public Relations Chair should require that all requests be presented in the form of a written “Public Relations Request” form. These need to be turned in at least one week ahead of time to guarantee completion. She is also responsible for monitoring changes in the chapter's image and educating the member's on the importance of portraying Phi Sigma Sigma in a positive light.

​Service Chair: Triann Krekelberg

​The Service Chair is responsible for planning any service type related events. This committee should plan at least one event for the academic year. She shall also be responsible for arranging various opportunities for sisters to complete their individual service hours.

Sunshine Chair: Casia Kullman

​The Sisterhood Chairis responsible for making sure the chapter's attitude is positive and upbeat. This committee is also in place to help keep the members motivated and high spirited. Along with these duties, it shall also be the duty of the sisterhood committee to somehow acknowledge birthdays or other special events. The Sisterhood committee is responsible for planning activities that are interesting, fun, and focus on our core values for our members.

​Social Chair: Ashley Heidemann 

​The Social Chair is responsible for planning all social functions with other Greek and outside organizations. During each semester this chair plans one social night and one event or philanthropy with each fraternity. This chair also is responsible for setting up social events and getting involved in social events on the campus.
